Processing Times All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and size
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): available on selected items — rates shown at checkout
- Free delivery may apply on qualifying orders over a specified threshold
International Shipping We ship to commercial addresses worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–14 business days). Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Large & Freight Items Salon furniture, spa equipment, and large clinic devices are classed as freight items and may require a separate delivery quote. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery for oversized orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.
